Training

45 Minute Circuit

Offered once or twice a week, with a minimum of 10 sessions, this comprehensive program is designed to optimize your performance and track your progress. Each session includes:

  • Fit 3D Scan: A detailed body composition analysis to track muscle, fat, posture, and alignment.
  • Proteus Power Test: A cutting-edge assessment that measures your strength, power, and explosiveness in 3D.

These reports will establish a baseline to guide your training and highlight areas for improvement.

Each circuit features four dynamic stations, providing a full-body workout:

  • Proteus: 3D resistance training for total body engagement.
  • ARX: Adaptive resistance technology for precise strength training.
  • CAROL: High-intensity, motorized cycling for maximum efficiency.
  • Med Ball & Plyo Ball: Dynamic exercises for power, agility, and coordination.
  • Mobility Exercises: Stretching and movements designed to improve flexibility and recovery.

This balanced circuit is designed to target strength, power, mobility, and endurance for well-rounded fitness.

In Season Training

This program is designed for 3 sessions per week, with monthly packages available. It focuses on mechanical work tailored for both pitchers and hitters, addressing key areas such as:

  • Flexibility: Enhancing range of motion for optimal performance.
  • Maintaining Strength: Preserving power and conditioning throughout the season.
  • Injury Prevention: Reducing the risk of injury while keeping you in peak form during the season.

This comprehensive approach ensures you stay strong, flexible, and injury-free, while fine-tuning your mechanics for sustained success.

Off-Season Training

Full Life Cycle Training

  • Available in 3, 4, or 5-month options
    Designed specifically for Baseball and Softball athletes, this program provides a holistic approach to development, focusing on:
  • Flexibility & Mobility: Enhancing range of motion and preventing stiffness
  • Strength & Explosiveness: Building power, speed, and endurance
  • Mechanical Work: Tailored drills for pitchers and hitters to fine-tune technique
